CANCELLATION BY SITE CUSTOMER

Customers can cancel the order anytime up to the cut-off time slot; you have placed an order by calling customer service. In such wise, we will refund the payment already made by you for the order, which can use for future purchases.

If we suspect any unlawful transaction by any customer that defies terms & conditions, our sole discretion could cancel such orders. For future reference, we will maintain a negative list of such customers and deny access to them or cancel any order placed by them.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

  • Ordered packages are generally dispatched within two days after payment receipt shipped via reputed national couriers. As per your shipment choice, we will provide a link to track your package online.
  • Shipping fees include packing, handling, and postage costs. Where handling fees are fixed, transport fees vary according to total shipment weightage. Therefore, we advise you to group your items in one order rather than separately. If you do so, we will count them as two separate orders, and shipping charges will apply, respectively. Your package will be dispatched at your risk; however, special care is taken to protect delicate object.
  • Our boxes are well-sized, and your items are protected.
  • Our courier partners deliver orders between Monday and Saturday (9 am to 7 pm), and public holidays and Sundays will be excluded. However, delivery time is subject to a factor beyond our control and can be delayed because of unexpected travel of courier partner or weather and strike conditions.
  • Right after your package ships, we will email you the package tracking details.
